Wall-mounted air conditioning unit after installation in an apartment in Olomouc

From the phone call to a working air conditioner

Inquiries for air conditioning in Olomouc usually begin with a phone call or a form containing a few sentences, how many rooms, what type of flat or house and which part of the city. Based on this, we arrange a survey appointment, which is always free of charge and without obligation.

During the survey, the technician will assess where to place the outdoor unit, how long the piping run will be, and whether it can be routed in a chase, under skirting boards, or via another path. The route for an apartment in Neředín is often different from that for a detached house in Lazky, therefore, the price is always calculated based on the specific situation, not from a table.

We send a quote with a specific amount within 24 hours of the survey. If the customer agrees, we schedule the installation date: a standard split for an apartment can be completed in one day, including commissioning and training on the remote control.

What is included in the price

The installation price of an air conditioner in Olomouc includes the unit itself (indoor and outdoor parts), all installation materials, technician labour and wiring. We do not have extra charges for dust extraction during drilling or for removing packaging. This is part of our standard service.

Turnkey air conditioning (split)indoor and outdoor unit, installation, flat or detached house
from ~20 000 Kč
Multisplit, 2 roomslabour cost, excluding units: depending on conduit length
from ~14 000 Kč
Focus and OfferOlomouc and surrounding areas up to 30 km
free of charge

The final price depends mainly on the unit's capacity, the length of the refrigerant piping and the complexity of passing through walls or ceilings. In an older brick house in Nová Ulice, the passage is usually simpler than in a panel building with thicker panels, where core drilling is required. A multisplit with one outdoor unit and two indoor units costs less to install than two separate splits, as the outdoor unit and part of the piping are shared.

Why a quote within 24 hours, not immediately over the phone

We do not artificially inflate the price of an air conditioner without a site survey. A telephone estimate would need to include a buffer to cover every possible scenario, resulting in either an unnecessarily high figure or an unpleasant on-site increase. Therefore, we prefer to visit, take measurements and then send you a fixed price that we will honour.

When to schedule installation

The highest number of enquiries comes just before summer and during the first heatwaves, when installation slots fill up quickly. Those who book a survey in spring or earlier usually get a date that suits them exactly, whereas in July waiting times are longer: not because the installation is more complex, but because more households decide at once. If you know you want an air conditioner, it pays to arrange a survey in advance, even if the installation is scheduled for a few weeks later.

We provide a warranty on installation work, so you need not fear that something will fail after the first hot week and leave you without a solution. Should any aspect of the installation prove faulty, we will come to fix it. We are a local company from Olomouc, not a distant dispatch centre that is hard to reach.

Want to know exactly how much air conditioning installation would cost in your case? Call or send us a few lines about the space: the survey is free and you will receive a quote within 24 hours.

When a multisplit system is more cost-effective than two separate splits

If you are cooling two or more rooms, a multisplit system is usually cheaper to install and quieter outside, one outdoor unit on the façade suffices instead of two condensate units. On the other hand, if the compressor fails, you will temporarily lose cooling in all connected rooms at once, whereas with separate split systems the rest of the flat remains functional. Which option makes sense we will discuss during the survey based on the layout of the flat or house.

We install throughout Olomouc and Haná: from apartment blocks in Nová Ulice through detached houses in Lazce to commercial premises in Šternberk. Our procedure and pricing approach are the same everywhere: a specific figure after measurement, no additional items after signing the quotation.

If you are unsure whether your flat or house requires a single split unit or multiple units at once, there is no need to decide in advance, simply describe the space when requesting a quote and we will finalise the details during the survey.
